188 miles...

"I know every mile will be worth my while"

 

 

Hi guys,

I have been MIA whilst settling into university up in Leeds, this is

something I have found harder than I ever could've imagined and

still adjusting to after 3 months.

 

The first moment you are left alone is a feeling I will never forget the mix of emotions and knowing this was it until Christmas gave me a sinking feeling. Being separated from your loved ones who are the people you rely on to bring your spirits up, is hard to adapt to and be the one to keep yourself positive. This reason left me feeling so down in these short three months, that I just wanted to run back home and give up before I'd even started.

I know this journey of University isn't going to be easy by any means, but I need to preserve and stick to reaching my end goal.

Overall I most definitely wouldn't be here without the support of my family, friends and boyfriend. They've listened to me crying, moaning and relishing the good times and not left my side once throughout all of this. I am so appreciative to have such wonderful people in my life. I've come to realise maybe University may not be for everyone but its worth giving it the best shot you can! Comment below which quote was your favourite.
